About Watershed on Peachtree
Watershed on Peachtree is an award-winning restaurant in the heart of the historic Brookwood Hills neighborhood. Acclaimed Chef Joe Truex creates a soulful dining experience featuring flavors from the Georgia Coast to the Louisiana Bayou and everything in between, including diverse ethnic tastes found throughout the South.
We’re talking about an evolution. After pioneering the farm-to-table movement in Atlanta and earning a James Beard Award in the process, owners Emily Saliers (of the Grammy winning Indigo Girls), Ross Jones and Chef Truex moved the restaurant to its current uptown location in May 2012. The new space boasts a patio, private dining, an expansive bar and valet parking in a comforting, yet elegant atmosphere.
Today, Watershed on Peachtree continues the restaurant’s long standing commitment to its founding principles with great attention to detail and community consciousness. The best tasting food arrives fresh from local and organic farmers. The best tasting wine is served in a proper glass at the proper temperature. We value each guest and everyone is welcome at Watershed on Peachtree.
